Loadwyre provides a freight load-matching automation platform that uses algorithmic scoring to match brokerage loads with carrier capacity. The Service generates match recommendations based on available data; these recommendations are not guarantees of carrier availability, acceptance, or rate. Loadwyre's rate intelligence module uses our internal data model — not live third-party market feeds — and results are indicative benchmarks, not guaranteed market prices.

Specific integration partners (including load board data partners and TMS connectors) are listed on the Loadwyre integrations page. Third-party data integrations are subject to change and availability. Loadwyre does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party data source.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The quality of any information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOADWYRE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LOADWYRE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO LOADWYRE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
