Priced by the Load. No Seat Fees, No Surprises.

A load is counted when a match request is submitted — meaning your TMS fires a webhook or you enter a load manually in the dashboard and request a match. We count submitted match requests, not completed bookings. If you submit a load but don't book the top match, it still counts as one load against your monthly volume. This keeps the billing model simple and predictable.

If you exceed your plan's monthly load cap, overage loads are billed at your plan's per-load rate. We will notify you at 80% and 100% of your monthly cap so your team can plan ahead. If you consistently exceed your tier, we recommend upgrading to avoid overage charges — the effective per-load rate is lower at higher tiers.

Starter and Growth plans include guided onboarding at no additional cost. This covers TMS connector setup, dispatcher training (typically one 90-minute session), and first-week monitoring. Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding and carrier network setup as part of the custom agreement. There is no one-time setup fee on standard plans.

Annual contracts are standard and include two months free compared to month-to-month rates. Month-to-month billing is available on Starter and Growth plans at a 15% premium. Enterprise plans are annual by default given the dedicated onboarding and custom connector work involved.

Multi-office brokerages are handled under Enterprise. Load volume aggregates across all offices, and each office gets its own dashboard view with consolidated reporting at the corporate level. Separate TMS connector configurations are supported per office. Contact us to discuss your specific multi-office setup.

Carrier API access (for carriers publishing their availability to Loadwyre) is free for opted-in carriers. There is no cost for carriers to join the capacity network or update their availability via the API. The broker subscription covers all matching activity including access to the carrier capacity graph.
