The Team

People behind Loadwyre

Freight operations veterans, data scientists, and carrier market specialists — four people who've worked the industry Loadwyre serves.

Anton Brenner, CEO and Co-Founder of Loadwyre

Anton Brenner

CEO & Co-Founder

Ex-Coyote Logistics ops strategy, Northwestern Kellogg MBA. In 2022, Anton spent three months embedded in a 35-broker Chicago freight brokerage, watching dispatchers manually scroll DAT boards and rebook loads that fell out the morning of pickup. That experience produced the carrier-scoring spreadsheet model that became Loadwyre. He leads product direction and customer relationships.

Declan Walsh, CTO and Co-Founder of Loadwyre

Declan Walsh

CTO & Co-Founder

Ex-Echo Logistics engineering lead, where he spent four years building carrier-matching tooling inside Echo’s dispatch workflow. Declan co-founded Loadwyre with Anton to productize the matching layer he had built and rebuilt multiple times at Echo. He leads platform architecture and TMS integrations.

Soren Lindqvist, Head of Data Science at Loadwyre

Soren Lindqvist

Head of Data Science

Ex-Transplace data science, PhD applied mathematics from the University of Illinois. Soren designed Loadwyre’s lane-level carrier scoring model — a constrained matching approach trained on 24 months of lane-level on-time and fallout data. He owns model development, accuracy benchmarking, and the nightly performance updates that keep scoring current.

Amara Osei, Head of Carrier Partnerships at Loadwyre

Amara Osei

Head of Carrier Partnerships

Ex-CH Robinson carrier sales, six years in the Chicago freight market. Amara built and maintained carrier relationships across truckload, flatbed, and temperature-controlled lanes before joining Loadwyre. She leads carrier network integration, ensuring the carriers in Loadwyre’s scoring pipeline are active, vetted, and reachable when a load needs covering.
